I really enjoyed the selection and food... so much to choose from. The person greeting us was nice and brought us our drinks promptly. The cashier, however, wouldn't crack a smile and seemed angry with everyone paying. (Maybe he was stressed).

Eclipse is my favorite Chinese restaurant. Been there many times. The weekend buffet is the best. Weekdays not so much.

Probably the second or third best Chinese buffet in Ottawa behind the Mandarin. Has a fairly large selection and the prices are quite reasonable.

You get a menu with over 250 items each with a number beside it. You order what you want on a piece of paper providing the number of the item you want and the quantity. The order is picked up and food is delivered right to your table. I call it a lazy man's Buffet.

Not rushed ever. But yes service not great. But better than some ayce sushi places.
